A story on reducing carbon emissions by changing what you eat runs on NPR’s All Things Considered this afternoon, Wednesday April 22. SF PSR’s Healthy Foods in Hospitals work, and it’s connection to climate change through the development of the Balanced Menus program, will be featured.
