The United Nations Association of San Francisco will host the United Nations 65th Anniversary with a three-day series of public programs designed to strengthen UN-NGO partnerships, inspire participants and open untapped opportunities within the SF Bay Area local to global community.

Inter-Generational Model UN, 10 am – 4 pm

5:30 pm – Gala Awards Reception and Dinner
8 pm Concert Featuring Maestro Joseph Eger
Conducting the Symphony for the United Nations, chorus and soloists in a Beethoven Concert including Symphony #9 “Ode To Joy”

Sunday, October 24th is UN DAY!
International Plenary Session, 10 am – 4 pm
Exhibit: “Transforming the Human Spirit”

Plenary Keynote Speakers:  Ramu Damodaran, United Nations; David Krieger, Nuclear Age Peace Foundation; Dr. Ann Ferrara, Children and Women’s Health and Human Rights; Maestro Joseph Eger, Music and Social Change.

Afternoon Break Out Dialogue Panelists include keynote speakers, Gillian Sorensen, UN Foundation; Gene Marie O’Connell, former CEO of San Francisco General Hospital, and other invited guests.
